The Role You will have responsibility for your own complex and large loss claims, including appearance work and instructing Counsel in high value Commercial Court actions and Arbitrations. We are keen to attract a dynamic Senior Associate and while a number of years of experience in insurance litigation is preferred, candidates with a solid commercial disputes background can be considered. We are looking for candidates who have the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically, together with proficient IT skills. You should be proactive, well-organised and with an eye for detail while delivering commercial solutions to our clients.
