Senior Associate Property Litigation SolicitorA dedicated team of Real Estate Litigation Solicitors, part of a wider Corporate and Commercial department nationwide, has a requirement for a Senior Associate Property Litigation Solicitor to work from the firm's Birmingham office. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available.The team act upon a wide breadth of work including development work including public sector and private sector developments, landlord and tenant, asset management and large land sales.The Senior Associate Property Litigation Solicitor will have good property litigation experience and will work with two Partners upon a wide range of high quality work involving;Restrictive Covenants, Security of tenure and lease renewals, removal of squatters, court proceedings involving partnerships, very high value dilapidations, break notices, Judicial reviews of planning decisions.Excellent career opportunities exist for the right candidate.Salary to £70,000 + salary and bonus.
