Rural Property Senior Associate Solicitor | Top 50 firm | Bristol
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Agricultural property solicitor to join one of the strongest and highest ranked Agri teams in the UK, from their hub in Bristol.
My client is expanding their Rural property team, who act on the sale, purchase, leasing and mortgaging of farms, estates, country houses and other rural properties acting for lifestyle buyers of country houses to historic landowners managing estates and well-established rural businesses expanding into new projects.
This is team is currently made up of 2 Partners and 8 solicitors, so you will be joining and already thriving team, within the wider Real Estate department, which is one of the largest in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be 7+ PQE, with experience within similar agricultural transactions.
This opportunity would be perfect for an experienced solicitor looking to progress into a Legal Director/Partnership position in the next 12-24 months.
