Senior Associate Solicitor - Commercial Property
Here we go! A centrally located, full service City of London law firm is looking to make a Senior Associate hire. Salary is to £90,000 with bonus.
Due to growth an ambitious and career motivated Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for a lead role in the central London office of a forward thinking boutique law firm. The successful candidate will join at Senior Associate level having demonstrated at interview they have the capacity to move quickly through the ranks, building out the firm's existing relationships and referral sources.
The Commercial Property Senior Associate will join a small team, working with a varied national and international client base across all aspects of Commercial Property and Real Estate, ergo, Landlord and Tenant, Finance, Sale and Purchase, Corporate Support. London market knowledge is essential although the client base is also active in regional investment and transactions. The day to day will vary, orientated around the delivery of a high level of service across the above mentioned elements and the building out of new and existing relationships. Local knowledge is essential but the client base is active in regional investment and transactions.
Applications are invited from motivated and driven Commercial Property Solicitors who demonstrated their potential in a Top 200 , West End or Regional legal environment and are attracted by an opportunity to make a bigger splash in a smaller firm and department whilst maintaining their hold on a high quality, and varied caseload. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid Commercial Property Law knowledge and possess great people and communication skills.
