What does this Senior Associate: Residential Property job entail?
This role is ideal for an individual with a desire to exercise their years of experience by building this firm's Residential Property offering. With a particular focus on both freehold and leasehold High-Net-Worth and high-value properties, you'll be expected to showcase your legal prowess by conducting business development to build a strong portfolio of clients, supplemented by referrals from the firm's extensive wider legal offering.

For this Senior Associate: Residential Property role, you will ideally have:
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, up to Senior/Managing Associate level
- A strong desire to conduct business development
- Experience with matters relating to High-Net-Worth properties
- Estate agent referrals would be desirable, as would membership to relevant associations
