Senior Audio Programmer – AAA Console Studio – Leamington Spa (Hybrid)
A Leamington Spa based studio currently require an Audio Programmer to work on their new AAA PC/Console project. The team have a long-standing history in creating fantastic 10/10 games and are looking to inject this same quality for this new title.
This is a great opportunity to become part of an Award-winning team, where you will be performing tasks, such as implementing sounds in-game and making sure they coincide with the realistic feel of the title. You will also have experience of being aware of distant / close sounds and be responsible for writing and maintaining Audio Libraries. You will use your passion for audio to push for quality at all opportunities, across all elements of the title.
This position will allow you to work closely with the Technical Director and completely own the Audio side to the project. Not only is the Studio heavily financially backed, but you will also have the opportunity to work with experienced Games veterans creating some of the best games out there at the moment.

This role is a hybrid work pattern with at least 1 day a week onsite in Leamington Spa. They can also sponsor Visas and relocation support for those wanting to relocate to the UK.
Requirements
- Experience as an Audio Programmer in the games industry
- Past experience on Console or PC platforms
- Strong C++ experience
- An eye (and ear) for detail
- Experience with Wwise, FMOD or similar
- Experience on Audio for racing games is a big plus
- Unreal Engine experience is a big plus
