Job Description
To create and perform automation tests for strategic and tactical improvements to the bank’s platforms, processes, and controls.
- Create and maintain Automation Test cases/Test artifacts in Jira/Confluence.
- Execute Test Cases for different systems in CAB estate and evidence them.
- Raise and track bugs in Jira and other vendor systems.
- Understand the Business requirement, Function Specification, and Technical requirements.
- Understand the Test team's priorities and work accordingly.
Qualifications
- ISTQB Certified.
- 8+ years experience in Testing with 4+ years in UFT/Selenium/others.
- Experience within an Agile environment.
- Experience working to agile methodologies, in cross-functional development teams.
- Experience in automation tools UFT and Selenium with the ability to script languages.
- Experience of automated user interface testing.
- Experience with BDD framework.
- Programming knowledge of one or more languages ideally VB, Java Script, and SQL.
- Knowledge and experience of testing processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge on JMeter or any similar performance testing tool would be desirable.
- Script UFT automation testing.
- Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology.
- E2E Integration testing experience with troubleshooting skills.
- Good Quality Assurance process awareness.
