This is our shared purpose and one our people are proud to be part of.Our Opportunity:We are recruiting for an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our dedicated Bid and Proposals Team based in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of proposals for both Government, Public and Private sector clients.This is a key role with visibility at a senior level across our organisation and the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business. You will be an integral member of bid teams, providing end-to-end support for Bid Managers and the bid process, to produce and deliver cost effective, high-quality and compliant bid responses.Our Proposals Coordinator role also presents exciting opportunities for you to engage in developing and implementing key initiatives aimed at enhancing our approach to sales enablement, driving the ongoing improvement in the quality and competitiveness of our bid submissions to attain best in industry win rates.Your responsibilities will include the following: Supporting our Bid Managers on large value strategically important and complex bids Unpicking ITT’s, defining response requirements and developing bid submission plans to ensure submissions are fully compliant with the tender requirements Facilitating and supporting bid decisions ensuring win themes are communicated clearly to create impactful well-structured and compelling proposals Preparing and managing the bid team schedule, including organising and facilitating progress review meetings Collaborating and working closely with members of our wider technical project teams Carrying out debriefings with clients and internal response teams to learn lessons and implement improvements Maintaining library of proposal collateral to ensure its accuracy, taking corrective action where appropriate We value all of our people and the contribution they make to our business, so it’s important that our rewards make us all feel valued here.
