Job Description
A leading safety specialist is seeking a Senior Bid Writer / Manager to join its team. The role is split between writing compelling bid content and leading the bid team.
Responsibilities – Bid Writing / Management:
- Source new tendering opportunities
- Working with senior management on bid go / no go decisions
- Writing compelling content for both quality and technical bid responses
- Engage with other departments to secure information for the bid
- Lead lessons learned reviews
Responsibilities – Team Leadership:
- Coordinate the activity of the bid team
- Support the development of the bid team
- Promote bid best practice throughout the team and wider business
Required Skills / Experience:
- Experience of bid management and bid writing
- Team leadership skills, ideally within the bid environment
- Experience of construction, FM, utilities or building maintenance sectors would be advantageous
- You must have full right to work within the UK to be considered for this role.
