The Senior Billing Specialist role will be responsible for:
- Providing support to ensure the monthly bill run is generated accurately & in a timely manner
- Proactively providing advice on changes to increase the accuracy of every bill run
- Reviewing & amending pricing for customers where required
- Ensuring central spreadsheets & databases are maintained correctly for ongoing effectiveness and accuracy
- Checking billed data against customer orders & manually bill non-automated billed services
- Dealing with customer billing enquiries and closing accounts
- Liaising with other depts to ensure and improve accuracy of billing
- Checking supplier invoices tally with data received & raising supplier claims
- Working with your line manager to improve on mistakes, identify ways to improve processes and drive forward efficiencies
- Provide Sensitive Customer Point of Contact
- Crown Commercial Reporting
- Complex Billing queries
Salary c£40k DOE
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Hybrid opportunity (3 days a week in Reigate office)

Who? are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Billing Specialist with:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Telecoms Billing role
- Proven track record of being able to provide deep dive analysis with the ability to produce and provide client bespoke reports specifically when dealing with invoice queries
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience using the aBILLity billing system or AKJ
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A pro-active attitude with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously within strict parameters or as part of a team with common goals
- IT Microsoft office proficiency
- Exposure to databases
- At least 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
