Are you a Senior Building Surveyor who particularly enjoys delivering projects?
Would you enjoy being well embedded into a long-term client delivering key strategic capex projects?
TSA surveying is currently representing a global company and UK market leader in Property Consultancy who are aiming to strategically bolster their Manchester Building Surveying team. This company has a long-term relationship within the North West Healthcare sector, and their client has a £20million budget allocated for this year’s projects. These projects will be greatly varied, some examples include setting up a new Research Facility within the hospital, a retail fitout and a blood bank installation.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with expertise in both Building Surveying and Project Management, with a keen interest in healthcare projects and being in a client facing manner.
The successful candidate will be expected to prepare design and specs, liaise with internal Architectural technicians for design, tender documentation, appoint contractors and contact admin.
Personal Specifications
Prior track record of delivering within a building surveying consultancy environment.
Recognised professional accreditation via either MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
Ideally Healthcare knowledge (HTM) but not essential but must have a desire to work in healthcare.
