Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Contract Type: Permanent Location: Alderley Edge (20 miles from Manchester Centre) or Glasgow Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 4th September 2024 We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst to join our group Transformation and Change team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership for delivering the full range of BA artefacts across the end-to-end change lifecycle. With the opportunity to work across the whole of the Royal London business, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. With your good understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills, you will provide high quality deliverables that will support projects to delivery on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about business analysis and looking to make a significant impact on the organisation's success. About the role Analysis of large and/or complex change initiatives. Elicit, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects. Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these. Ability to work stand alone or within a team, in one or more project at any given time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements. Support User Acceptance Testing. About you Experienced Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role.  Experience in one or more of the following disciplines (Marketing, Commercial, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, Investments) Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards. Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships. Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
