Blue Legal have partnered with a leading specialist law firm who seeking a Senior Business Development and Marketing Executive to join their team based in London. The successful candidate will assist in driving BD and Marketing initiatives across the firm’s Media and Entertainment sectors. This involves working closely with partners and stakeholders to create and execute strategic plans, develop new product offerings and lead on pitch opportunities to raise profile of the group and overall firm.
The Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for assigned groups and initiatives, ensuring clear and efficient communication and timely responses.
- Organise BD&M meetings, take notes, circulate actions, and follow up to ensure progress on activities and projects.
- Lead the execution of BD&M seminars, events, and conferences, both in-person and virtual.
- Maximise opportunities from sponsorships and partnerships through data collation and activity tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and maintain BD&M data tracking processes, using digital systems effectively.
- Draft and manage external communications, legal directory submissions, and coordinate the pitch process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
The Candidate
- Previous experience working within a legal / professional services firm.
- Proven track record of leading BD & marketing at a senior level within a partnership environment.
- Able to build credible relationships with Partners and ability to influence accordingly.
- International experience would be ideal, but not essential.
