Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Vigilink WFM in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the security services sector or software solutions industry, with at least four years of experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Vigilink WFM’s market presence in the UK.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of Vigilink WFM solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize their use of our products.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on client needs and market demand.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in security services or software solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the workforce management industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
