Who we are looking for

A Senior Business Systems Analyst, who will work across the Business with development and application teams, to enhance our application portfolio.


Business Systems Solutions (BSS) is a technology function focusing on delivering systems and solutions to the Business. The team utilises various technologies to provide custom-built solutions and implement third-party products and services. You will be supporting processes in driving effectiveness, efficiency, scalability and sustainability.


You will produce documentation, provide information to the team and work with the Business to understand our processes and practices.


You will be instrumental in researching and recommending potential solutions including custom software, third party products and SaaS services. You will become the subject matter expert for a range of products.


This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to analyse information, identify potential improvements, assess risks and recommend mitigating actions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and method to reflect the knowledge of the audience.
  • Capable of presenting complex Business analysis findings to senior management and cross functional teams.
  • Experience in researching potential solutions that address Business requirements and recommending them to stakeholders.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of Business processes and translate Business needs into clear and concise requirement documents.
  • Confidence in owning a workload and keeping relevant individuals up to date on progress, whilst identifying Business priorities accurately.
  • Ability to regularly switch context and retain and recall information swiftly and accurately.


Main Responsibilities

  • Understanding Business requirements, using elicitation tools and techniques for effective information gathering from stakeholders.
  • Inspiring a positive and collaborative work environment through promoting communication and effective problem solving.
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various departments.
  • Creating strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leading projects from initiation to completion and overseeing the work of the team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to analysts whilst still taking ownership of your own Business analysis projects.
  • Navigating complex and dynamic project environments, ensuring that Business analysis deliverables remain relevant and aligned with Business goals.
