Job DescriptionAn amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior Buyer with Indirect (Marketing) experience to join one of the fastest-growing food businesses/procurement teams within the FMCG industry right now!!Salary up to £55,000 + bonus / benefitsContract: 12 months - can go permanentBased in LondonHybrid: 2 days a week in the officeThe Business:This is a company you want to get involved with because you’ll be joining a business that is going through an excellent growth period. In fact, they had their highest growth spurt over the last two years.Not only will you work with brands you will know and love, but you’ll be part of a dynamic and tight-knit team within procurement.The Role:As the Senior Buyer, you’ll be working for the global arm of the business with a focus on working with global partners. You will be working across many different indirect categories but with a key focus on their marketing.Also, you’ll be responsible for creating strategic sourcing methods, negotiating prices with new suppliers, ensuring costs are managed and achieving budgets for the globally recognised brand.They are looking for people with the drive and enthusiasm to take their procurement team to the next level.You:2-3 years experience in indirect procurement - marketing would be idealStrong analytical experience and process improvementPrevious experience within creating and implementing sourcing strategyVery strong negotiator/stakeholder manager (tenders and contracts)CIPs qualified or equivalent experience
