Key Requirements:

  • Must have a strategic mindset, with proven experience of strategic sourcing.
  • Must have experience managing an area of Direct spend, ideally with a Pharmaceutical background.
  • The ability to Identify potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and ensuring they meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • The ability to conduct market research to identify market trends, and strong negotiation skills to secure favourable agreements for the organisation.
  • Must be an ambitious individual looking to develop and grow with the business.
