​                                                                          Senior Care Worker  Complete Care Agency is recruiting for a Senior carer to work with clients in their own homes. We are looking to recruit the following contracted hours/set shift patterns for this role. You will join our current team  in this exciting and fast-paced role. Shifts patterns: Cycle 1 Thursday and Friday 07:00 - 15:00 Cycle 2 Wednesday 15:00 - 23:00 Saturday and Sunday 07:00 - 15:00 You MUST have previous experience as a Healthcare assistant or support worker. Your role: Working alongside a team of experienced colleagues you will be assisting to set up new packages and support ongoing complex and noncomplex packages of care in the community of Leeds and surrounding areas.  Your experience and skills will enable you to support new and existing staff with training whilst ensuring quality by auditing and reviewing care plans.  As a Senior care worker , you will have the skills and experience to cover sickness or annual leave as and when required across all clients. You will be confident in your role and in supporting others who are new to care and also new to complex clients. The right candidate will have: Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent.  A minimum of 1 year of care experience. Preferred to have worked with complex clients previously. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use. Able to fulfil the required shifts applied for on a permanent basis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Have a professional appearance, manner, and communication style. Work under pressure and unsupervised in a community setting. Supervise and support new and existing staff. Be self-motivated and achieve KPIs. Willingness to work towards an NVQ 3. As one of our team you will receive: Contracted hours and a set shift pattern. PAID induction course.
