Job Description
Our client, a multi-disciplinary surveying and town planning consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their Brentwood office.
The ideal candidate will have previously had experience in a broad range of Building Surveying duties such as dilapidations, contract administration, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, party wall work, building surveys and more.

Position Requirements
MRICS Status
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar
Broad Building Surveying experience which includes surveying for residential / commercial refurbishment and extension projects.

Position Remuneration
Salary: £60k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
