Job Description
I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established, civil engineering firm who are looking for someone between engineer/senior engineer level to join their infrastructure team in London. You will be joining a team of drainage, highways and infrastructure specialists who work on behalf of a range of large developers. Projects you will work on will include residential developments ranging from 20-9000 units as well as some commercial and industrial projects also.

My client has some exciting growth plans for the future and look to grow their team from 12 up to 18 by the end of the year. They will give you the best opportunity possible to develop your skill-set and career as well as have the opportunity to work underneath some very experienced and well-rounded engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop concept and detailed drainage strategies
- Produce Planning Documents such as Flood Risk Assessments
- Prepare fee proposals
- Undertake business development
- Lead the design of multiple schemes across a range of clients
- Guide and support junior members of the team
- Provide day to day project management
What they are looking for:
- Skilled in MicroDrainage, AutoCad and Civils 3D
- Understanding of detail design and technical approval - S104, S106, S38, S278
- Good communication skills
- Ability to be client facing
- Someone who is keen to help develop junior members of the team
