The service saves tenancies and reduces sales time for landlords when selling their properties as an eviction is not required when the property can be sold to a network of 20,000+ investors.
Now we’re looking for a smart, confident and direct individual to partner with us and manage account disputes for our network of international investors. As the Senior Claims Handler, you will be responsible for addressing any client disputes and ensuring their resolve effectively, quickly and amicably.

Your job will include:
- Resolving all account disputes
- Handling any claims for fees issued by our clients
- Assisting the legal team with any matters presented
- Development of current systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience of managing client claims (i.e. those that have worked with Insurance or Debt Collection companies would be an ideal fit)
- Proven capability in negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving
- Excellent written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of property sales and property law (preferred)
