We are the Creative team within Kantar Insights. We partner brands and their agencies to identify, and develop, extraordinary creative ideas and content. We are experts in content that leaves a lasting impression, delivers transformational brand growth and maximises ROI. We are looking for a Senior Client Lead to partner some of the world’s greatest brands across a broad range of industries, helping them to develop and optimise creative to stand out, create meaningful impressions and generate sales. We are a friendly, dynamic team working across both our London and Warwick offices (as well as remotely). The role The purpose of the Senior Client Lead is to build meaningful client relationships that deliver growth from across our client portfolio, through value-add delivery in the fast-paced Creative Domain team. They will contribute to the overall financial success of the Creative Domain through their own account contribution & coaching of their team. You will get to develop collaborative, strategic partnerships with your clients, helping them navigate the creative journey from identifying the best idea, right through to flawless execution and best practice learnings for the next campaign. Drawing on the world’s largest database, behavioural measures, neuroscience capabilities, and extensively validated solutions, you will lead your team to deliver maximum client impact. A Senior Client Director is also an experienced client and people leader who can hit the right balance of happy clients and fulfilled team members. They deliver the commercial plan, recognise the value of consistency, inspire excellence in execution, focus on client impact and develop the talent mix. Know Your Specialism Demonstrating a passion for brands and advertising, you will drive commercial opportunity across a portfolio of clients and build partnerships with those clients to help them create great advertising. As well as driving commercial opportunity across your named clients you will play a role in new business, to deliver to team financial targets. You will have, and further develop Creative expertise, beyond the Kantar offer, to enable the provision of 1st class advice to our clients. You will lead the application of our world class techniques in evaluating advertising – from survey-based research, to advanced AI and Neuroscience techniques and getting the best return on investment possible for media spend. All powered by our automated Kantar Marketplace platform. Client Leadership You will own and lead the most senior and complex client relationships within the Creative team You will support our strategic priorities, leading the strategic account planning process for your clients and will be accountable for ensuring progress is made against these priorities. You will establish deep client relationships and agency partnerships, leveraging methodology agnostic expertise You will lead impactful delivery into the client’s business - inspiring and coaching junior colleagues to optimise client impact. You will proactively seek client feedback and implement strategies that will drive improved client relationships Commercial Leadership You will be part of the leadership team, actively contributing to our strategy and sharing responsibility for team commercial goals. This includes: Identifying and driving commercial opportunities within the domain and managing an active pipeline Collaborating with other teams to realise Cross Domain client opportunities. Leading pitch and proposal development for existing clients People Leadership Our people are at the heart of our business and the Senior Client Lead plays a pivotal role in building and coaching our high performing team. This includes: Line management of director level colleagues Leadership of key people initiatives, for example Inclusion & Diversity, expertise building, recruitment etc. Role modelling behaviours to promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all voices are respected and encouraged to share their views and feedback Supporting the development of others through coaching, mentoring and training, contributing to our learning culture KEY CAPABILITIES Highly strategic and consultative individual with a passion for advertising and communications Experience growing client accounts and delivering against financial targets Experience managing and inspiring teams or ready to take the step up Passionate about growing and developing your team, by being an inspiring leader and managing junior members Experience in advertising and communications testing, either in a research agency, client side, or in a creative or media agency or owner Part-time and flexible working applications are welcome.
