Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to build the Birmingham market and offers an amazing potential career path. This is one of the highest rated clinical negligence departments in the country and they deal with a wide range of health care work including NHS Resolution work, inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management.
You will need to be self-motivated, ambitious and experienced and have strong litigation experience, preferably with a leading medical negligence, PI or insurance practice.
Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that they have:
* Ideally 4 Years PQE, though if you have less it is still worth applying
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent commercial awareness
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* The ability and willingness to work autonomously
* A hard working attitude
