Job Description

Reporting to the Group Head of ICT Infrastructure, the Collaborations Technologies Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing and maintaining our collaboration systems as we move along our digital transformation and consolidation journey. This will include, but not be limited to, Microsoft 365, Zoom, MS Teams, Egnyte, SharePoint, MS co-pilot, Lucid Link, Figma, Adobe, Frame IO & Atlassian.

This role includes day-to-day admin of our traditional platforms, but also ownership of the rest of the systems that our business uses to collaborate internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is experienced in working in a hybrid environment and working to an ever-evolving roadmap.

You'll have deep knowledge of our core collaboration systems and be a confident communicator when working directly with strong internal business personalities.

You'll be expected to have a broad understanding of collaboration technology available within the market and be able to work closely with our business people to understand their requests and map those to our existing technology/licenses.

We are a key service provider to the business and deliver Internal ICT services to Brunswick colleagues across 27 offices around the world. Our ICT department is made up of several core teams, Service, Infrastructure, Applications and our Programme management office. Working in close collaboration with the ICT Security team, our Security team integrates seamlessly into our processes and security-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global responsibility for managing and optimising the use of our existing licenses
  • Set up and management of backend system configuration including some day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Work as a strong business partner to our numerous departments and act as a conduit for incoming solution requests.
  • Interfacing with business colleagues to better understand their needs and map through to existing software solutions where possible.
