You will be working for a highly reputable, well established and Independent Insurance Broker who are looking to add an experienced Commercial Broker to their team. This is a company that provide expert Risk Management services to their clients and who deal with medium and large companies who are predominantly based in UK.
The Role
- You will be Account Managing a portfolio of mixed Commercial Clients
- Ensure that a high renewal retention level has been met
- Assist Account Executive’s with new business clients
- Be a main point of contact for customer enquiries
- Providing expert technical knowledge to other team members
- Provide an exceptional level of service to clients
- Assist with providing quotations, mid-term adjustments and policy changes.
About You
- You will have minimum of 5 years of experience of Commercial Broking
- Have an extensive background of Account Management/Handling
- Be competent with new business
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail and customer service skills
