Join the team as a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst on a 12-month FTC, where you'll be the point of contact for the NHS service delivery team, working closely with them on contractual reviews, including P&L forecasts on store profitability. You'll deliver regular product reporting and financial insights to the Audiology leadership team, and work closely with the Audiology Relationships Managers, providing them with financial insight and assistance. Diving into the monthly processing of supplier invoices to stores, month-end reporting, preparing the cost centre budgeting, and doing financial reviews for senior leaders will keep you on your toes.
It's not all about crunching the numbers, acting as a business partner will be key for the role as you partner with the Director of NHS Services, managing and overseeing monthly management accounting and reporting processes for their cost centre. Keep cost centre owners informed of their financial position, driving the annual budgeting and mitigating financial risk. Regular reviews against budgets and forecasts will help you identify potential issues.
But that doesn't stop there, you'll get involved with providing commercial modelling and analysis to inform business decisions, collaboration will be second nature to you building relationships across the Audiology teams as you become the go-to person for the operations and product teams. You'll also assist partners and wider teams with reporting and queries.
You'll bring solid knowledge and experience of finance standards, are qualified in ACCA, ACA or CIMA, and have a high level of numeracy and attention to detail. You'll be an expert in using Excel, coupled with strong communication qualities that will enable you to explain financial performance to non-financial audiences.
