Our client is a FTSE 30 Multi-national who own numerous world renowned brands. They are looking for a Senior Commercial lawyer to join their growing team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take lead on large scale, multi-million-pound B2B commercial contracts.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance within ingredient manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain strong business partner relationships at senior level with key stakeholders, providing an appropriate level of challenge and maintaining rigour and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor of England and Wales with significant experience in commercial transactions.
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
