We are so excited to be working with this market leading Bristol firm looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to work in their top tier commercial litigation team.
Working with impressive international and domestic clients, you will be working with household names including FTSE 200 names. You will be working on a core commercial litigation caseload in a variety of industry sectors to include Transport, Financial Services, Energy, Pensions, Fraud & White-Collar Crime, Banking, IP, Health & Safety, Food, Agriculture and Real Estate.
You can expect to be handling a broad and complex commercial litigation caseload to include matters concerning contractual disputes, professional negligence, fraud, corporate/shareholder disputes, insurance and financial services/banking disputes.
This burgeoning practice is becoming increasingly national and international in its focus. You'll enjoy this opportunity to drive forward with marketing and business development and you'll find that you've joined a firm that is known for its successful cross-selling initiatives.
