COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE - KENT -
Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4 PQE +) -
A rare and very exciting opportunity with great potential at this fantastic Legal 500 firm
This is a senior appointment and we would be keen to hear from applicants with experience levels from 4 years PQE up to a more senior level with good quality Commercial Litigation experience gained at a respected firm
The work will be complex and of high net worth and you will be handling your own caseload of matters to include contentious probate, commercial disputes, property litigation, insolvency and professional negligence claims. A large proportion of the caseload is contentious probate disputes so it is an essential requirement that you have this experience.
