A leading law firm based in the heart of Cheltenham are looking for an experienced commercial Solicitor or Partner to join their team.
Working Arrangements: Part-Time/Full-Time, Hybrid Working Available.
This role offers the flexibility of part-time work and hybrid working arrangements, making it ideal for individuals seeking a balance between professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Providing expert legal advice on commercial matters to a varied client base
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial law
- Proven experience in handling commercial contracts
- Data protection expertise is desirable, not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently
