We are working with a well-established professional services firm who are looking for a Senior Company Secretarial Manager to join their team in London.

You will be responsible for the attendance at board, committee and shareholder meetings, preparing and filing documentation in relation to regulatory compliance and statutory returns, corporate transactional support and gain experience of listed plc governance and IPO processes and procedures.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Attend and minute board, committee, and shareholder meetings, travelling to client locations as required.
  • board papers, assemble board packs and ensure distribution to client boards.
  • more junior members of the team, deliver to agreed scope and timescales.
  • accurate and up to date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with.
  • client structures, complete review processes for client entities, remain aware of risk exposure, including the fulfilment of responsibilities under the review procedures.

Requirements for the Role:

  • 5 years company secretarial experience within a listed environment.
  • Qualified.
  • to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
