Our client is a leading UK law firm who are seeking a senior non-contentious Construction Solicitor (6+PQE) to join their busy team as a Senior Associate/Legal Director in Glasgow.
The team specialise in providing support on all aspects of non-contentious construction law, from procurement to competition, including advising on, drafting and negotiating standard forms of construction contracts such as NEC, JCT etc, bespoke contracts, warranties, appointments and other associated documents, as well as performing due diligence on real estate and corporate transactions.
You will be working with the firm’s developer, investor, funder, contractors or public authority clients across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, hotels, leisure, retail and student accommodation.
To be considered for this role you will need to have gained six+ years’ post-qualification experience Construction law. You will also need experience in mentoring and supervising more junior members or the team, and participating in business development and marketing activities.
This is an exciting role to join a successful team that has won some excellent work within the local and national market and is currently in growth mode.
