Senior Construction Underwriter - Lloyd's Syndicate
My client, a reputable and innovative Lloyd's syndicate, is currently looking to add a Senior Underwriter to their exciting and dynamic Construction team.
Salary: Competitive
Location: City of London
Hybrid: Yes
This will be an unrivalled opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Underwriter looking to step up or a senior looking to move sideways for an increased amount of responsibility in a tight-knit team focusing on a global portfolio. This role for the right person will allow for the chance to share new ideas, be involved in strategic planning, and work hand in hand with the Head of Construction day-to-day.
This will be a hands-on role with great autonomy and a fresh, modern approach. You will be underwriting a variety of risks and territories without being pigeonholed or limited. With that being said, as the team continues to grow, there may be a chance in the long term to specialise in a niche if this is your preference.
Despite being a Lloyd's Syndicate, my client may also be open to candidates from a non-Lloyd's background, but International Construction experience is a must.
