It is important that youare able tocontribute to sales and business development as well as leading consultant / client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts. In addition, we will expect you to motivate, support and develop junior members of the Moorhouse team and play an active role in supporting the career development of a small group of colleagues.

As a Senior Consultant you will have:

• Experience working within the GENERATE, ENABLE or OPERATE organisations in UK Defence as described in the Defence Operating Model. This could be within Front Line Commands, Defence Digital, DNO, DE&S, AWE, or other MOD agencies
• 6 – 8 years consulting or industry experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in industry
• Astrongtrack recordof scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services; with some experience of working within a BD and Sales pipeline plus a demonstrable network of relevant relationships
• Theability to understand current and emergent client needs and incorporate into compelling technical solutions with clear benefits
• Apassion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
• Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
• Ideal, but notessential,is experience inone or more of:Defence Digitisation, notably Data Exploitation and Cyber Defence, Secure by Design etc.

What we can offer you at Moorhouse:

• A total cash package in excess of £80,000 comprising of a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
• 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
