Job Description
Proclinical is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a Senior Consultant position. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to work on a vast range of projects, combining health expertise with innovative approaches to tackle leading health issues. This role also is involved in estimating cost-effectiveness, designing reimbursement models, risk prediction, forecasting healthcare demand and conducting real-world evidence studies.
Responsibilities:
- Leading projects day-to-day, including coordination and project management of internal delivery teams.
- Designing solutions to complex problems faced by clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry and presenting these solutions in an accessible manner.
- Demonstrating a high level of expertise in health economic approaches and methods.
- Managing and developing junior members of the team.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- A strong grounding in Health Economics with proven experience in conceptualising and delivering a range of health economic analysis.
- Previous working knowledge on HTA submissions is desirable as well as experience in analysis of statistics to support economic evaluation.
- Understanding of methods for external comparator arms.
- Comfortable leading day-to-day project activities and managing the workload of junior members of staff.
- Knowledge in business development activities is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to others.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and programming experience in R or Python is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage work and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams.
