Job Description

This is a new role, reporting to the Marketing Manager. As the Social Media and Content Executive, you will be passionate about social media and have a proven track record in using social to build brands. You will have a love of textiles and interiors and have strong creative skills.  Responsibilities You will be responsible for developing a social media strategy that showcases and amplifies our brand pillars and delivers channel grown, brand awareness, and sales. Managing all aspects of our social channels, with the potential to develop others, you will be responsible for all aspects of organic social media, including curating brand content and creating new engaging content, planning, caption writing, and community management. You will have experience in photography, videography, photoshop and video editing. You will also have experience in podcast creation and will bring creative new ideas that will resonate with interior designers and high net worth audiences. You will also be responsible for all aspects of our paid social media campaigns, driving sales of our hand crafted accessories and accents. You will have a track record of improving ROI through research, tracking, testing, and adapting campaigns. Develop a social media strategy suitable for an international luxury textile brand and set goals to increase brand awareness, increase engagement and conversion. Research and analyse social media trends and recommend new opportunities and ideas Create a plan to maximise potential of all channels to drive brand reach, engagement, and conversion and deliver plan, keeping the channels up-to-date and relevant. Create and deliver a plan for optimising social media shopping Create social media ad campaigns that drive purchases Plan and schedule posts for at least two months ahead in line with the marketing calendar, company events and launch activities. Produce, edit and upload beautiful and engaging native content for distribution across all the brand’s social media platforms. This will include using brand images and video, but also taking your own images and video including behind the scenes videos of our brand photoshoots and events. Developing a program of brand ambassadors to amplify our marketing campaigns Write engaging, elegant captions and copy for social media in line with brand TOV. Ensure all posts are optimised using relevant, researched #s. Ensure Linkinbio is always up to date on Instagram. Keep all brand’s social channel main pages up-to-date for all product launches. Ensure daily community management is maintained and that comments and messages are replied to promptly in a way that is engaging and develops discussions on behalf of the company Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms  Contribute to marketing planning with ideas and suggestions Support other on-going activities as required i.e. website content management tasks, PR support, email marketing, events, and photoshoots.
