Are you looking for an exciting remote Senior Control System Engineer position?
I'm currently working with a client who are Building and Energy Management System Specialists.
Location: United Kingdom *Remote*
Salary: £60,000-£75,000
This is a fast-growing company operating in The UK & Ireland and Europe with exciting growth and expansion plans. The role would be remote with occasional travel to UK and even sites in Europe! The purpose of the role would be to assist with design, implementation, testing, commissioning and maintaining control automation and monitoring projects of varying sizes and types, based around PLC, SCADA and Power Monitoring/Metering Products.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to assist with the design, implementation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of SCADA / PLC (Automation / Control / Monitoring) and Metering solutions.
- Experience in PLC engineering & commissioning – Preferably Allen Bradley or Modicon.
- Significant SCADA / PLC and metering system product knowledge.
- Complete I/O lists, review/design panel drawings, complete network topology drawings, complete all IT network related documentation (IP lists, switch config sheets,…).
- Ability to create Commissioning sheets and drive commissioning (P2P) on site.
- Ability/Experience to discuss all requirements with third party supplier, consultants, customers and internal sales or engineering teams.
