As a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Partner, you will handle a diverse workload, predominantly consisting of corporate matters. Whilst commercial experience would be beneficial, it isn’t an essential requirement. The work the team currently do includes acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts, and drafting and advising on commercial contracts.
