A highly regarded law firm are seeking a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 6+ years of relevant PQE to join their Central London office.
The Firm
The firm have a national presence with offices across the UK and Europe. They have a full service offering and put their people at the heart of everything they do. They cover all types including, food, manufacturing, media, old school publishing, engineering, medical, M&A support work.
The Role
Due to the retirement of a Partner, the Head of Department is on the search for a trusted Lieutenant who can run transactions and execute against the departments wider business development plan.
The Partners have a wealth of experience and strong reputations, all having trained with leading city firms; the Corporate Commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to contract drafting, company mergers and acquisitions, employee agreements, negotiations and assisting on more complex matters.
They offer a hybrid working pattern with lawyers expected to be in the office two days per week.
