SENIOR COST MANAGER - MALTA

Main Purpose:
As the chosen candidate, you will play a crucial role in successful project delivery by serving as the key point of contact for cost management services. You'll ensure excellent service delivery to clients, uphold the company's reputation, and contribute to achieving client objectives through effective cost management.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants at all project stages
- Lead a cost management team to deliver accurate estimates and cost plans
- Produce comprehensive reports and champion them with clients
- Manage tendering and procurement processes, including contract negotiations
- Provide expert advice on construction contracts and commercial agendas
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation
- Utilize software such as Microsoft programs, AutoCad, and ACC for cost estimation and analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cost consultancy
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Professional qualification (e.g., Chartered Quantity Surveyor)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in construction industry practices and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Proficient in relevant software and technologies
- Valid driving license
