This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Creative Packaging Designer to join a fast-growing lifestyle brand. You will be responsible for leading product and packaging development including the creative development and brand styling, managing the projects from start to finish. You will also be responsible for managing Junior Packaging Designers.
Responsibilities:
- Being involved in all stages of the packaging development lifecycle
- Designing to brief using anticipation of trends
- Developing products that are attractive to target audience
- Managing Junior and Mid-Weight Designers within the team
- Keeping sustainability in mind whilst creating concepts
- Working closely with Product Designers to create packaging concepts
- Providing technical specifications and liaising with factories
- Designing freehand and using adobe to create final artwork
- Presenting final design concepts to key stake holders
Requirements:
- Proven ability to deliver designs from creative concept to final product
- Design qualification; preferably fashion or product design
- Excellent Adobe proficiency and hand drawing
- Strong people management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
