Many exciting Credit Risk opportunities – Analysts through to Lead Credit Risk Analysts!!
Our client is expanding it’s Credit Risk function due to further growth in it’s Retail Banking division due to new and future exciting propositions
These opportunities can be located in either West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Midlands and the North West with a hybrid work setup (3 days per week in the office).
This Credit Risk function is award-winning team (best Credit Modelling, Risk team, Consumer Credit team plus Outstanding Conduct in Collections).
A brief guide to some of the areas that you may be part of:
- Develop, maintain, and improve credit risk/pricing and collections strategies within regulatory guidelines.
- Support business growth through new initiatives, analytics for new lending products, and managing customer exposure.
- Lead complex analytical projects independently, communicate conclusions, and collaborate on decisions.
- Identify solutions for emerging risk issues, changing priorities, and conflicts.
- Build strong relationships with onshore/offshore teams to improve customer outcomes.
Background and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Credit Risk Analytics, Collections Analytics, Pricing Analytics, or a similar role.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of analytical skills using SAS/SQL/VBA/Python.
- Project management experience, working with different teams.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
