As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Customer Support Executive to join us. Responsibilities include: Ownership of internal support tasks including media scheduling, limited time offers, code and image updates. Ensuring both quality control and adherence to agreed SLAs. Cross collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Account Management, Customer Success and Advertising teams to ensure smooth processes and strong working relationships. Managing a small team, ensuring work quality is up to standard and responsible for personal development conversations. Fostering an attitude of continuous improvement, with a particular eye to process management and scalability. RequirementsA little bit about you…We’d really like to hear from you, if you have… Previously worked in a client support role. Experience of managing a team is desirable. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable with high volume ticketing systems. Experience in process improvement, whether as part of a team or individually. Experience using Zendesk or Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
