Senior Data Insights Analyst
Location: Bristol or Edinburgh

Contract Type: Contract. 6 months initially
Salary: £600 - £650 per day Inside IR35 (Via Umbrella)
Our client, a Leading UK retail and commercial bank is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to join their Design Analytics Team on a contract basis for a Customer Insights focused project.
What you will be doing:
- Embedding a data-driven approach to the design of the business
- Leveraging internal data to understand Customer Transaction and support broader design team
- Using Statistical Analysis to better understand customer experience and behaviours in order to create actionable change
- Translating data into practical analytics to influence and create change.
- Presenting this data back to stakeholders in order to build new processes
Essential Skills:
- Strong SQL experience
- Experience using advanced Statistical Analytics methods (eg regression, hypothesis testing etc)
- Strong experience of Customer Insights and Customer behaviours
- A track record of translating data into compelling stories and actionable change
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of Python
- Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Financial Services Experience
