????COMPANY:
We're partnering with a healthcare startup focused on leveraging clinical trial and survey data to pioneer innovation, enhance patient outcomes, and refine healthcare solutions.
They are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist, with a specialization in analyzing behavioural data to deepen our understanding of customers.
????ROLE:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models and algorithms, utilizing clinical trial and survey data.
- Design and execute intricate data analyses to unveil pivotal patterns, trends, and insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven solutions into existing products and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with overarching business goals.
????REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in handling behavioural data and modelling.
- Prior experience in the Health/Pharma industry or domain expertise.
- Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
