Senior Data Scientist
Salary: £70,000-£90,000
LONDON - 3 days a week in Central London office

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely within a team, to design and build models across pricing, churn, lifetime value, segmentation and more!
- Focusing on ROI and commercial value
- You will collaborate closely with Engineers, software developers, and business leaders to define precise product requirements, offer analytical support, and provide valuable feedback.
- Opportunity to mentor and upskill junior members of the team
- Looking at more advanced GenAI techniques and their applications within the marketing consultancy space (NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Proven experience in customer-driven modelling, with clear commercial impact and value highlighted
- Excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset
- End-to-end experience with skillset in Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms
Preferred
- Experience developing Propensity and customer retention models
- Experience developing recommender systems.
- Experience in Forecasting and marketing modelling
- Pricing and promotion optimisation modelling
