About the Team:
KnownOrigin.io is an early web3 pioneer, an NFT marketplace empowering a new generation of digital artists to express themselves, find an audience and earn a living from their passion.
Please note this is a hybrid role, based in the heart of Manchester city centre.
What you'll be working on
- You'll be working with cross-functional squads, helping improve their processes and coordination to deliver high-quality software predictably and reliably.
- You will champion agile ways of working, coaching teams to break down big scary outcomes into manageable chunks.
- You will sit across multiple squads, helping coordinate roadmaps and deliverables with strong communication and organisation.
- You will be focused on continuous improvement, pinpointing patterns and areas of friction in ways of working and recommending steps to improve.
- Working with the product team to report progress and track our key milestones against the wider strategy.
