Lead Design Engineer (Electronics/ Software / Firmware)
£55,000 - £70,000 + Continuous Training + Progression + Optional Overtime + No Weekend Work
Office Based - Commutable from Oxford, Swindon And Cheltenham
Are you from a Design background within Electronics, Software or Firmware looking to join a blue chip high end bespoke manufacturer where you will work in a highly autonomous role where you can manage your own projects from cradle to grave, combined with industry leading technical training, by in-house specialists with the scope to make you a technical expert within the industry?

Throughout the years they have had exponential growth and have maintained a fantastic staff retention rate, therefore this has allowed them to build close-knit teams within the business.
On offer is a role with industry leading training through training courses, training matrix's and in-house aerospace training, in order to further develop your skill set and make you comfortable in the position. You will also have the chance to further increase your earnings through optional overtime.
This role would suit someone with a strong electronics/ firmware engineering background that is looking to step into a fully autonomous role in addition to being provided industry leading training with the scope of progression to roles with more responsibility.
The Role:
*Industry leading, continuous training through in-house specialists
*Design and fault finding circuit boards, electronics and firmware
*40 hour working week, Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
*Strong electrical or electronic engineering background
*Experience within a manufacturing company
*Willing to learn and absorb industry leading training
