We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled professional to join our Studio team!

We’re looking for a Senior Designer & Production Lead to coordinate the digital and print workflow across our brands. You’ll use your excellent organisation skills to develop a robust workflow calendar so that we’re able to plan ahead and consistently deliver compelling and impactful artwork and assets to agreed deadlines. You will use your impressive design skills to creative inspiring and immersive artwork. This role requires someone who can work flexibly and at pace, so you’ll be a natural collaborator and clear communicator, with the ability to work on multiple projects at a time.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • A full understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. Plus excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Print production knowledge.
  • Print buying experience (desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise schedules.
  • Excellent design and brand understanding.
  • Experience in creating artwork across multiple channels.
  • Experience of working as a creative artworker within a creative team (agency or in-house).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing breadth of work.
  • A self-starter, able to plan and prioritise key tasks within projects.
  • Mental agility to make good decisions and embed learning.
  • Willing to embrace all aspects of working in a growing business, working flexibly and at pace, managing the day-to-day priorities.
  • Loves to learn and share it – encourages this in others.
