Role Overview:
As a Senior Emerging Technology Analyst, you will:
- Translate business needs into innovative technology solutions.
- Develop insights into new technologies impacting the commercial real estate market.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners.
- Engage with startups for evaluations and solution analysis.
- Oversee proof of concepts, pilots, and project lifecycles.
- Ensure adherence to governance processes and change management methodologies.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, property management, or technology.
- Minimum of five years of related technology and/or property management experience.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale programs within a commercial industry setting.
- Strong blend of business operations and technology support experience.
